The Lyone Foundation is administered by family members, together with a small committee of COS employees who drive our annual Charity Selection Program, comprising representatives from COS® branches Australia-wide.
Dominique Lyone, Founder & CEO
After immigrating to Australia from Egypt with his family in 1967 as a young boy, Dominique Lyone founded Complete Office Supplies in 1976. He has steadily and successfully grown COS to become the national success story it is today, but has always retained a strong and sincere gratitude to Australia and the communities and charities who supported his family on arrival to their new country. This gratitude, shared by his entire family, is the driving force behind the Foundation. Dominique is not only a successful businessman, entrepreneur and philanthropist, but a proud family man, married to Mara and Father to Belinda, Amie and his teenage son.
Belinda Lyone, General Manager Strategic Sourcing and Marketing
Belinda is a proud founding member of the Lyone Foundation and Mum to two young children. Belinda completed a Bachelor of Economics, before spending over 5 years in a Brand Manager role outside of the family business - where she also completed her Master of Marketing, before joining COS in 2006. In 2016 Belinda received the Family Business Australia Next Generation Achiever Award, recognising an outstanding person who is successfully navigating the path to leadership in the family business.
Amie Lyone, Executive Leader National Operations
Amie Lyone is also a proud founding member of the Lyone Foundation and Mum to two young children. Amie joined the family business in 2004 after spending the first 5 years of her career in professional services. Amie is not only a competent and strategic Executive, but an active humanitarian. She is respected and admired as a successful businesswoman with both heart and humour.
