REACH Homeless Services provide a safe haven for the homeless to connect and services to assist them through their daily struggles. They offer the community a safe place to connect. These people could be affected by homelessness, drugs and alcohol, mental health issues, or just loneliness. REACH provides free BBQ, water, clothing, blankets, hygiene bags, weekend survival packs and referrals to other health and welfare organisations.
The Lyone Foundation funds of $10,000 will ensure that this service continues and will fund 40 food packs, 20 male and female hygiene packs each week for 12 months and will also help secure a community nurse on a regular basis over the next 12 months.
