Kick on!

Kick On is a charity dedicated to promoting positive mental health through a range of educational programs, events, and awareness campaigns. Backed by a passionate network of businesses, committed staff and volunteers, and supported in part by a purpose-driven clothing brand, Kick On uses creative and engaging platforms to fund and deliver mental wellbeing initiatives that connect, empower, and inspire individuals across the community.
The donation of $5,000 from the Lyone Foundation will support the ongoing delivery of the School Wellbeing Mural Program and Kick On School Talks Programs, both focused on mental health education and awareness. These workshops address emotional regulation, self-awareness skills and concepts for identifies students who are educationally at risk. They also create a community for connecting, boosting student understanding of mental health and allows students to foster a sense of self efficacy and esteem. In the Kick On program there are discussions to students of all ages about how to overcome adversities that life can throw at you and positive coping strategies to build resilience through inspiring personal stories.
This will help nurture healthier mindsets, stronger school communities, and a generation of young people who are better equipped to face life’s ups and downs with courage and confidence.
