E-Suarve is a not-for-profit organisation with a core focus that involves providing opportunities, guidance, and pathways to success for disengaged youth. The 10-week program consists of pre-medical and drug education with a drug health representative on-site, education on cultural identity, courses including a Certificate 1 in Construction/White card/First Aid, and more.

The program also provides mental well-being activities, exercises, and camping trips. Employment opportunities and introductions are also facilitated, with 90% of students leaving for full-time work. Post-program support encourages positive choices and crime avoidance. Our funds of $11,000 cover the costs for two people's participation in the 10-week program.
