Orange Sky Australia provides a platform for Australians experiencing homelessness with a regular laundry and shower service as well as a safe, positive and supportive environment for people who are too often ignored or feel disconnected. A donation from the Lyone Foundation assists Orange Sky Australia to continue rebuilding their Adelaide service through the introduction of additional shifts and the recruitment of more volunteers. The $10,000 contribution directly supports at least 347 people experiencing homelessness and indirectly supports a further 278 people. The funding enables a minimum of 35 shifts, 417 loads of laundry and 278 hours of genuine conversation and connection.
