Soldier On provides valuable services and support to veterans and their families, helping them to readjust to life outside of the Defence Force and deal with any physical or mental health issues after service. Specially designed weekend workshops are held to help individuals identify and work through issues in a relaxed and non-judgemental setting, empowering veterans to succeed by employing coping strategies and reconnecting with their families and loved ones.

Recently COS and The Lyone Foundation held a “vote to change lives” within the COS company. Each staff member was gifted a monetary donation to go to their choice of three charities nominated by The Foundation. Through this initiative, $19,000 was donated by staff, and put towards sending veterans and their families to events and programs run by the charity at no cost.
