ALNF is dedicated to increasing language, literacy and numeracy standards in Australia and raises funds to develop, implement and sustain innovative projects for individuals, families and communities. ALNF teaches marginalised Australians including those in refugee and Indigenous communities how to read and write. ALNF’s programs are tailored to the needs of individuals and are incredibly effective in delivering tangible outcomes and creating a real impact. They also help develop the skills of carers to pass on good literacy practices. The Lyone Foundation is proudly assisting The Australian Literacy and Numeracy Foundation with $27,000 to support 6 carers obtain their certificate to support children with learning difficulties.
