Dress for Success has a mission to empower women to attain economic independence by offering a supportive network, professional attire, and essential development tools that help women thrive in both their careers and personal lives.
The $4,600 donation from the Lyone Foundation will support 45 women in their two-day program which assists women preparing to enter, re-enter, or advance in employment by building confidence, career readiness, and professional presence. Participants develop self-awareness, create a career plan, strengthen their resume and LinkedIn profile, practice interview skills, and receive guidance on personal styling, grooming, and presentation. By the end of the program, they leave with practical job-seeking tools, improved interview confidence, and a professional image to help them pursue employment opportunities.
